Christopher Santore is a director in the Assurance Services division of the Firm’s New Haven, Connecticut office. He has more than seventeen years of experience providing auditing services to publicly-traded and closely-held companies. Christopher’s public company experience includes Sarbanes-Oxley implementation compliance, auditing and accounting. In addition to the above industries, Christopher performs numerous audits of special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs).

Christopher has an in-depth background working closely with tribal entities, higher education, manufacturing companies, employee benefit plans and not-for-profit organizations. His experience also includes work on Single Audits, State Compliance audits, and agreed upon procedures.
