Michael Curto has more than 20 years of experience providing auditing and advisory services for a wide range of privately held and publicly traded companies. As a Partner in the SEC Services Practice group of the Firm's Assurance Division, his primary responsibilities includes oversight and review of audit engagements for pre-IPO and publicly traded companies, as well as providing guidance ranging from complex accounting issues to merger and acquisition due diligence.
Mr. Curto also leads the Healthcare Practice for the Firm's Southeast Region and specializes in providing audit services to healthcare-related clients, including pharmacies, hospitals, health maintenance organizations (HMOs) and other healthcare service providers and suppliers.
In addition to the healthcare arena, Mr. Curto has experience with manufacturing and distribution, restaurants, aviation and employee benefit plan audits. He is a qualified peer reviewer and regularly performs peer reviews under the AICPA Peer Review Program.
Mr. Curto is also actively involved in the Firm's professional recruiting, development and staff training efforts.
