About William
Bill Clark is a partner in the Assurance Services Division and the Construction Industry Practice Group leader in Marcum’s Nashville, Tennessee office. He has over 29 years of experience in public and private accounting for construction contractors. Clients rely on him to supervise audits, reviews, and other engagements. Bill also consults with them regarding contract costing, fixed asset purchases and financing, taxation issues, and strategy and continuity planning. He regularly assists clients in the implementation and evaluation of systems of internal control and with opportunities to improve bonding, licensing, and prequalification capacities.
Bill has presented construction industry seminars for the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), various surety groups, and the Alaska Society of CPAs. He has also been published in Construction Executive, Construction Business Owner, Building Profits and the Tennessee CPA Journal.
